Arabic Perfume for Women: How to Choose Your Scent (UK Guide)
Share
The simplest way to choose an Arabic perfume for women is to start with the kind of scent you already enjoy, such as soft florals, rose, fruity, creamy vanilla or fresh citrus, rather than the word on the bottle. This guide matches eight fragrances to those styles, with their notes, sizes and current prices. They come from two ranges we stock: the Club de Nuit collection and the Maison Asrar collection.
How we put this guide together: notes are taken from the fragrance notes on each Nexara Perfumes product page. We have not run our own wear tests and we do not quote how many hours a scent lasts, because skin, weather and the number of sprays all change it. Prices were checked on 20 October 2026; each product page shows today's price and availability.
Quick answer: which Arabic perfume suits you?
| If you like… | Start with | Why |

| Soft, everyday florals with peach and rose | Club de Nuit Woman | Bergamot, apple and peach open onto rose and jasmine over sandalwood and musk |
| Fruity, creamy and slightly powdery | Club de Nuit Maleka | Exotic fruits, rose and jasmine, with vanilla, sandalwood and a powdery base |
| A rich, classic rose | Club de Nuit Imperiale | Rhubarb and lychee open onto Turkish rose and peony over patchouli and musk |
| Rose with spice and a dark base | Club de Nuit Intense Woman | Rose, saffron and geranium, then nutmeg and pepper over patchouli, vanilla and oud |
| Salty-fresh, then creamy vanilla | Club de Nuit Precieux IV | Sea salt and apple open onto red berries and white florals over whipped cream and vanilla |
| Sweet, fruity caramel | Maison Asrar Vanilla Seduction | Plum and jasmine open into brown sugar and caramel over tonka and amber |

What counts as an Arabic perfume, and is it only for women?
Arabic perfume, also called Arabian perfume, is a shopper's term rather than a regulated category. In the UK it usually describes fragrances in the Arabian style: warm and often built around notes such as amber, musk, vanilla, rose and oud, and frequently sold as eau de parfum or the more concentrated extrait de parfum.
Many are unisex, and "for women" on a bottle tells you how it is marketed, not who may wear it. The five Club de Nuit fragrances in this guide are listed for women. The Maison Asrar fragrances are generally listed as unisex, although retailers label some of them differently. Choose by what you enjoy smelling.
How to choose: four quick questions
1. Which scent family do you reach for?
If you wear and like floral or fruity perfumes, start with Club de Nuit Woman or Maleka. If you love rose, look at Imperiale or Intense Woman. If you prefer sweet, creamy scents, look at Precieux IV, Vanilla Seduction or Vanilla Aura. If sweetness is not for you, Majesty is the freshest of the eight.
2. When will you wear it?
Fresh citrus and light florals are easier for daytime and warm weather. Rose with spice, and the vanilla scents, tend to suit cooler weather and evenings.
3. How noticeable should it be?
How far a scent carries depends on its concentration, your skin and how much you apply. Precieux IV is an extrait de parfum, which has a higher concentration of perfume oils than an eau de parfum, so start with a couple of sprays. If you share a workspace, begin at the lighter end and use fewer sprays.
4. Which size and budget suit you?
Most of these come as a 100 to 105ml bottle at around £30 to £40 at the time of writing. Imperiale also comes in 30ml, and Precieux IV is a 55ml bottle. Seven of the eight have a 5ml decant from £5.99, which is the lowest-cost way to try a scent. Our guide to perfume decants explains how they work.
Soft florals and fruity Arabic perfumes for women
These two suit anyone who likes a wearable, feminine floral. Both are part of the Club de Nuit collection; if you would like help choosing within the range, see our guide to which Club de Nuit fragrance to choose.
Club de Nuit Woman: peach, rose and sandalwood
What it smells like. A floral-fruity fragrance. Bergamot, apple and peach open it brightly, rose, jasmine and lily of the valley form the heart, and sandalwood, patchouli, musk and vanilla sit underneath. In plain terms: fresh fruit first, then a classic floral, settling into something soft and warm.
Best for everyday wear and anyone who likes familiar florals; it is where we would point a first-time buyer. Maybe not for anyone who wants a bold, spicy or very sweet scent. It is a 105ml Eau de Parfum.

Club de Nuit Maleka: exotic fruit and powdery vanilla
What it smells like. It opens with exotic fruits, a tropical accord and bergamot, moves to rose, jasmine and a creamy floral accord, and finishes on vanilla, sandalwood, musk and a powdery accord. The family is fruity, floral and powdery: sweet, soft and close to the skin rather than sharp.
Best for people who like soft, sweet-fruity florals and want something less classic than a straight rose. Maybe not for anyone who prefers dry, green or smoky scents. It is a 105ml Eau de Parfum.

Rose and spice: Arabic rose perfumes for women
Rose is a familiar note in Arabian-style perfumery. These two take it in different directions: one rich and sweet, the other spiced and darker.
Club de Nuit Imperiale: Turkish rose with rhubarb and lychee
What it smells like. Bergamot, rhubarb and lychee open with a slightly tart brightness. The heart is Turkish rose, peony and rose, and the base is patchouli, musk, cashmeran and vanilla. It is a rose fragrance with some depth rather than a light floral.
Best for rose lovers, evenings and cooler weather. Maybe not for anyone who wants a light, fresh scent. Its 105ml bottle is the highest-priced in this guide, so the 30ml bottle or a 5ml decant is a lower-cost way in. Check Imperiale sizes and prices.
Club de Nuit Intense Woman: saffron, pepper and oud
What it smells like. Rose, saffron and geranium at the top, nutmeg, pepper, violet and caraway in the heart, and patchouli, vanilla, oud and amber underneath. The family is spicy, floral and woody. This is a rose with spice rather than sweetness, so it reads warmer and more dramatic than a soft floral.
Best for evenings, autumn and winter, and anyone who finds florals too sweet. Maybe not for anyone who wants a soft, sweet or very light scent. It is a 105ml Eau de Parfum.

Creamy, vanilla and gourmand Arabic perfumes
If you like sweet, creamy scents, start here. Precieux IV sits in the Club de Nuit range; the other two are from the Maison Asrar range, where you will find more vanilla and amber options.
Club de Nuit Precieux IV: salty-fresh opening, creamy base
What it smells like. Sea salt, bergamot and apple open it; red berries, ylang-ylang, white lily and jasmine form the heart; whipped cream, musk, tonka bean, patchouli and vanilla make up the base. The family is floral, fruity and gourmand. It is an Extrait de Parfum in a 55ml bottle.
Best for anyone who likes creamy, indulgent florals with a fresher start, especially in autumn and winter. Maybe not for anyone who wants a purely light or fresh scent. As it is the most concentrated of the eight, begin with two sprays.

Maison Asrar Vanilla Seduction: plum, caramel and brown sugar
What it smells like. Plum and jasmine open into brown sugar and caramel over a base of tonka and amber. A sweet, fruity gourmand with a floral touch.
Best for anyone who likes sweet, fruity scents and wants a lower-priced addition to a collection. Maybe not for anyone who wants something dry or fresh. Retailers label it differently, with some listing it for women and others as unisex. It is a 100ml Eau de Parfum and does not currently have a decant listed.

Maison Asrar Vanilla Aura: caramel, chocolate and amber
What it smells like. A citrus lift and lily of the valley open onto caramel, vanilla and chocolate, settling on amber, sandalwood and tonka. The brand describes it as warm and a little smoky: closer to a spiced vanilla than a simple sweet one.
Best for cold-weather and evening wear. Maybe not for anyone who prefers a light, fresh vanilla. Give it a few minutes on skin before you judge it. It is a 100ml Eau de Parfum.

A fresh, bright option
Maison Asrar Majesty: grapefruit, ginger and vetiver
What it smells like. Grapefruit, ginger and bergamot open it; rose, jasmine and orris form the heart; the base is vetiver, ambergris, sandalwood, tonka, musk and patchouli. The family is citrus, floral and amber. It is listed as unisex.
Best for daytime, the office and warmer weather, and for anyone who finds sweet scents heavy. Maybe not for anyone who wants a sweet or rich scent. If you like Majesty, the Maison Asrar collection has more options, and our Maison Asrar fragrance guide compares them.

Which one if…
- It is your first Arabic perfume. Club de Nuit Woman has the most familiar profile: fruit, rose and jasmine, and a soft, warm base.
- You love rose. Imperiale for a rich, sweeter rose; Intense Woman for rose with spice and oud.
- You like sweet scents. Vanilla Seduction, Maleka and Precieux IV lean sweet in different ways: fruity caramel, soft fruit and powder, and creamy vanilla.
- You want something for evenings and colder months. Vanilla Aura, Intense Woman and Imperiale are the warmer, richer choices.
- You find most perfumes too sweet. Majesty is the freshest, and Intense Woman is spiced rather than sugary.
- You are buying a gift. Choose by the person's taste rather than the label: Woman for classic florals, Imperiale for rose lovers, Vanilla Seduction for sweet scents. If you are unsure, a decant lets them try it before committing to a full bottle.
- You want to keep the price down. At the time of writing, Woman, Maleka, Intense Woman and Vanilla Seduction are all listed at £29.99 for the full bottle.
How to try an Arabic perfume before you buy
Perfume is personal, and the same scent can smell different on different people. Seven of the eight fragrances here are available as 5ml decants from £5.99, with the price depending on the fragrance. Vanilla Seduction does not currently have a decant listed. Apply a little to your skin, give the opening a few minutes to settle, and wear it for a day or two before deciding. Our perfume decants guide covers how they work.
How to get the best from a bottle
- Apply to clean, moisturised skin at the pulse points: wrists, the sides of the neck and the inside of the elbows.
- Do not rub your wrists together, as it can dull the opening.
- Start with two sprays. Add more only if you want it to be more noticeable.
- Store the bottle away from heat and direct light, ideally in its box.
Arabic perfume for women: common questions
What is the best Arabic perfume for women?
There is no single best one, because it depends on the style you like. For soft florals, look at Club de Nuit Woman or Maleka. For rose, Imperiale or Intense Woman. For sweet and creamy, Precieux IV, Vanilla Seduction or Vanilla Aura. For fresh citrus, Majesty. The table near the top of this guide matches each to a preference.
Are Arabic perfumes only for women or men?
No. Many are unisex, and a gender label is a marketing guide rather than a rule. Choose by scent and by how it smells on your skin.
Is there a difference between Arabic perfume and Arabian perfume?
In everyday shopping language the two terms are used interchangeably. Neither is a formal category, so look at the notes and the concentration rather than the label.
Which of these Arabic perfumes smell sweet?
Vanilla Seduction, Vanilla Aura, Maleka and Precieux IV are the sweeter ones, each in a different way. Majesty is the least sweet.
What is the difference between eau de parfum and extrait de parfum?
Extrait de parfum has a higher concentration of perfume oils than eau de parfum. Precieux IV is an extrait; the other seven fragrances in this guide are eau de parfum. With a higher concentration, start with fewer sprays.
How do I choose an Arabic perfume if I have never tried one?
Pick the scent family you already like, then try a 5ml decant before buying a full bottle. Club de Nuit Woman is a sensible first choice if you like classic florals, and Majesty if you prefer fresh scents.
Where can I buy Arabic perfume in the UK, and how quickly will it arrive?
You can buy these fragrances from the Club de Nuit and Maison Asrar collections at Nexara Perfumes. Orders are dispatched from the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. Current delivery charges, any free-delivery offer and estimated delivery options are shown at checkout.
