Are your fragrances authentic?

Absolutely. Every fragrance we sell is 100% genuine and sourced directly from trusted, vetted partners. We do not stock imitations, inspired-by versions, or decants. What you see is what you get — the real thing, every time.

How much does shipping cost?

We currently ship within the UK only, from our warehouse in Mitcham. Our shipping options are:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.49 (estimated 2–3 working days)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.99 (estimated 1–2 working days)
  • Free shipping on orders over £45

Please note: we can ship a maximum of 4 bottles per parcel due to courier restrictions on fragrance.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently ship to UK addresses only. We're working on expanding — stay tuned.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the Royal Mail website.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original, unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on fragrances that have been opened or used. To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page.
