We ship every order from our own UK warehouse, and we keep it simple: fast, tracked, and no surprises at checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping isn't available yet.
Processing Times
- Orders placed before 5am (Mon–Fri): dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 5am, or on weekends/bank holidays: dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates from Royal Mail and can vary slightly during peak periods (e.g. Christmas).

A Note on Shipping Perfume
Fragrance contains alcohol, which is classified as a flammable liquid, so it has to travel with approved couriers under strict rules. Larger orders may occasionally be split into multiple parcels to stay compliant — if that happens, it's at no extra cost to you.
